This page explains what information is collected when you visit this website, book a call, or become a coaching client, and how it's used.

Visiting this website

This website has no forms, no analytics or tracking tools, and doesn't set cookies. A few outside services are still involved when the page loads:

• Hosting (Netlify). Like any web host, Netlify processes basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and keep it secure.
• Fonts (Google Fonts). The page's fonts load from Google, which receives your IP address when they load.
• Instagram and TikTok. Links to these accounts open those apps or websites, which have their own privacy policies.

Booking a free call

The “Book a Free Call” buttons open a Calendly scheduling page. When you book, Calendly collects the details you enter, such as your name, email address, and any answers you give, and shares them with Chase so the call can happen. The call takes place on Google Meet. Calendly and Google handle that information under their own privacy policies.

If you become a client

Coaching involves sharing things like your goals, training history, injuries, nutrition, check-ins, and progress photos. This information is used only to coach you. It isn't sold. Your photos, results, or messages are never shared publicly without your permission.

The way you pay is explained before you buy. Payment details are handled by whichever payment provider is used for checkout.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information you've shared, or ask any question about how it's used, by emailing chasealvarez07@icloud.com.
