Package Terms

These terms apply to coaching packages bought from Chase Alvarez Coaching. Please read them before you buy.

Packages

• 3-month package — three months of 1-on-1 online coaching.
• 6-month package — six months of 1-on-1 online coaching.

Both packages include custom training and nutrition, weekly 1-on-1 coaching calls, daily accountability check-ins, ongoing plan adjustments, and private community access. The price of each package is explained on your discovery call and confirmed with you before you pay.

Payment

Packages are paid upfront, in full, before coaching starts.

No automatic renewal

Packages don't renew automatically and you won't be charged again when your package ends. If you want to keep working together, you can choose to buy another package.

Refunds

Purchased packages are nonrefundable, except where a refund is required by law.

The discovery call

The discovery call is a free, 30-minute Google Meet. Booking or attending it doesn't commit you to buying coaching.

Existing clients

If you already have a coaching agreement with Chase Alvarez Coaching, your existing agreement stays in place. These terms don't change it.

Health and safety

Coaching is not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a new training or nutrition program, especially if you have an injury or a medical condition, and tell your coach about anything that could affect your training.
